Largely inspired by the NounsDAO every 10th builder (0, 10, 20, etc) is automatically sent to the the Guardians multisig and consecutively distributed to the Guardians. New Guardians can be nominated by the community through governance. Nominees can be appointed to Guardians through vote of existing Guardians.
